To ensure compatibility for direct communication, as an alternative to the procedures described above, the PC can be configured so

that it responds not only to the IP address already set, but also to a second IP address that is compatible for direct communication

with pCOWeb.

IMPORTANT

In this case, request the support of the network administrator, as any IP address that is assigned to the PC must be

previously authorised.
